for the lounge in Camden we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front of House Supervisor, experienced in taking on responsibilities and working in team with others!

Here are the must have points:

• fluent English language capacity
• experience in dealing with customers
  
• positive and outgoing personality
  
• ability to work in a team, inspire and lead by example
• passion about healthy living and good food
• ability to learn swiftly
• basic to medium computing skills (excel, word, internet)
• flexibility to work early and late shifts throughout the week
• management experience of some kind
• an aware state of mind (you need to be very alert to fulfill the job spec)
  

And now the should haves

• an understanding of nutritional benefits of certain foods we offer
• a passion to work towards a better planet
• experience in the service industry
• a liking of the creative media we employ - ie electronic music etc (check our website)

and the could haves:

• health and safety or first aid qualifications

the core responsibility of your work lies in managing the affairs of the lounge on a day to day basis but could easily extend this into other exciting area of our activities. We are developing our website, a delivery service, an ever growing event program, an online radio station, links with other ethical companies and loads loads more!
